LTC Distribution considers everyone we interact with as customers. Our key customers are clients, potential clients, full time and part time staff and the residents and/or businesses we distribute to.

We believe in building long-term positive relationships with all our customers. We believe the key to this is to be open to constructive feedback at all times and respond by developing and improving our performance. Customer focus is at the heart of everything we do.

We maintain an open action log specific to each client, this details any issues regarding client care enabling us to ensure we monitor and develop the standards of service for our external customers.

To develop customer satisfaction with clients we arrange and present at a post distribution meeting upon job completion. This meeting serves as a forum to review and develop the open action log with the client.

We have comprehensive customer service processes, ensuring complaints are handled and outcomes delivered within 24 hours. Staff are trained in customer service policies and their performance measured with customer service as a key performance indicator.

Our satellite tracking system ensures we are able to resolve complaints in an immediate, efficient and effective manner.
